Really happy with our new apartment windows manufactured and installed by Jimmy and his team. From quote to completion, Jimmy was communicative, professional, and willing to be flexible with our changing needs and worked to get us upgraded materials when the product we were initially quoted wasn’t available in time. He dealt with our Strata delays with a calmness that put our minds at ease. The installation happened in less than a day, and both Jimmy and Mick were friendly and jovial, and even stayed back to help us move our furniture and reinstall our curtains free of charge.
